Beginners Yoga Workshop

Are you new to yoga? have you considered trying it out, but hesitant due to unfamiliarity with the origin, practice, and poses? Do you want to learn more about the benefits of regular yoga practices? Join us for this interactive 2 hour workshop where we will breakdown the foundations of yoga, and learn about the history of yoga and how it has evolved into what we practice today. We will discuss the common misconceptions of yoga and learn the many benefits of incorporating a regular yoga practice into your lifestyle. We will review yoga class etiquette and talk about what you can expect when attending a yoga class. Learn 9 most common poses a beginner yogi would experience in almost any yoga class and finish with a 45 minute yoga practice to put it all together. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are supplied. Wear comfortable clothing.
