Yoga Therapy & Assisted Stretch
Yoga therapy consists of breath-work, guided meditation, movement, assisted stretching/Thai yoga bodywork.
Yoga therapy can be geared toward a specific area of concern:
• Physical or emotional distress
• Intimidated by yoga and wanting to learn more
• In conjunction with talk therapy
• Grief/trauma
• Physical limitations post physical therapy
• and/or to improve your overall state of well-being.
Assisted stretching increases range of motion, and flexibility and reduces stiffness and tension in the body. You will be moved through a series of stretches while using the breath to facilitate relaxation of the muscles and entire body.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointment within 24 hours will result in a charge of 25% of the total service.
No shows to any appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the total service.
