Chelsea Heikes
Studio Lead Instructor
Chelsea has studied yoga, meditation, and holistic health since she was 15-years-old. The story of the Buddha’s life, Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, sent her down a rabbit hole in 10th grade and she has been on this path ever since. At age 23, she went to live in a Tibetan Buddhist temple as a work study volunteer for a summer. What started as a summer of learning to make clay statues of the Buddha for bronze casting, turned into two years dedicated to self inquiry through Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, psychology, meditation, yoga, and something called tong len (similar to reiki).
Meanwhile, her father was the groundskeeper for a solo silent retreat center in Crestone, Colorado, called Chamma Ling. He is now a teacher in that lineage at his own center outside of Juarez, Mexico. Her mother was a yoga instructor for nearly two decades and at 67 still has a strong practice. Her sister is a doctor and Kundalini yoga teacher in California; her brother is a massage therapist and yoga teacher in Casper, Wyoming.
Chelsea is certified to teach Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative yoga modalities and considers each to be necessary “medicine” for wellbeing. Her weekly classes at Limber combine restorative opening and closing postures with alignment of Ashtanga and the flow of Vinyasa. Her 200 hr YTT was done in 2013 in the Bay Area at Flying Yoga studios under Laura Camp, which was a studio that combined her love of Vinyasa and aerial arts. Around this time she received levels 1 and 2 Reiki attunement and did training to be a Mindfulness Coach. While living in Oakland, CA, she taught yoga to both adults and children, as well as Mindfulness classes, garden and forest classes for children, and self care workshops for caregivers. In 2017, she began her Master's degree program in philosophy in Saas Fee, Switzerland and began spending less and less time in the Bay Area.
Having moved here during Covid, Chelsea is the art teacher at Liberty Intermediate School and teaches mindfulness to homerooms there. She is also an Expert Level certified sound healer as well as a certified Ayurveda Practitioner, and certified in AromaTouch Technique through doTERRA. She is currently working on her 500 hr YTT with Janet Stone in San Francisco and her "Master Level" Reiki attunement.

Jessica Pane
Jessica is a 200hr certified Hatha Yoga instructor and is currently working through her 300hr training. Practicing for 20 years, she first came to yoga in a gym setting in college, and stayed as she realized the benefits for both physical and mental stress. This practice has carried her through back trouble, pregnancy and motherhood, and into a journey of self-discovery. She believes that yoga should be accessible for everyone, no matter your age, body size, or abilities. One way she helps reach those who need non-traditional yoga is by teaching Chair Yoga, where students do not need to get down to the floor to experience all that yoga has to offer. Ever the student and with a heart of service, she continues to study how to reach those needing a more personalized practice. She is currently working through training to continue exploration of teaching yoga to people in non-traditional yoga bodies, and training around the true neurological benefits around a slow, mindful yoga practice. Her goal through her breath-centered classes is that the student feels more grounded and tuned in to self by the end of their practice. Jessica is currently teaching Chair Yoga and is also available for private one-on-one or small group classes.
Outside of yoga, Jessica loves to spend time with her husband and four sons. She enjoys being outside playing with flowers, playing sports with her family, working on home projects, and reading. She also works as a local licensed Real Estate Broker.

Colleen Edmonson
Colleen has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She is a wife, a mom of two, and a local educator. She's enjoyed the practice of yoga ever since she was introduced to it in college but dove deeper into her personal practice during and after the pandemic. It was then that she had her second child and realized how important it is to take care of herself first if she is going to nurture and care for others. Colleen experienced such wonderful benefits from yoga during that challenging time that she then became a CYT 200 with a goal of empowering others to take care of their full selves. Colleen is passionate about sharing all the benefits of yoga, particularly how the practice reminds us to slow down, tune in, and connect. She teaches at a pace that allows students throughout the class how the physical practice on our mats can help us to move with the greater awareness, clarity, and self love off our mats. Colleen is excited to share this practice of yoga and and all the beautiful connections it has to offer.
