Moving Mindfully with Grief (Day 2)

Are you feeling “stuck” in loss and grief?


Grief, like love, is ever changing. It is not something to fix or get rid of, but something to honor. In this two day workshop we will practice acknowledging, exploring and expressing somatically, the thoughts, feelings and sensations that show up in our bodies from loss. 

When: Sundays April 7th and 14th from 3-5pm at Limber Mind and Body Wellness

What to Expect: Gentle movement, guided meditation, breathwork, sound/music, journaling, group sharing (if inclined to do so), time spent on the floor (chairs available if needed)

What to Bring: Yoga mat (mats are available at the studio), water, a journal or notebook and pen, & an open mind

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes, dress in layers

Appropriate for all loss and grief:

*loss of a loved one  *a home *a pet *health/mobility *a pregnancy *a relationship *etc.

No yoga experience necessary

Fee: $30/per session or both Sundays for $50 - (this is a two-day workshop)
