Kids Yoga

Join Chelsea for this specialized children’s yoga class for ages 10-14!

Your child will learn how to begin incorporating these skills:

*Learn how to recognize feelings, thoughts, sensations in the mind and body

*Self-regulate emotions & learn mindful breathing techniques to invite peace and calm

Scientifically proven benefits of meditation for children:

*Improves sleep

*Increased focus & prolonged attention span

*Reduced stress & anxiety

*Stronger mental resilience

*Improved emotional regulation

*Increased self-awareness and empathy

One parent or guardian may accompany their child, and all participants must sign a class waiver prior to class.

Yoga mats and cushions are provided by Limber, but feel free to bring your own.

Wear comfortable clothing!
