Collaborate 360 is a dynamic yoga process developed by Karla Freeze.
If you are a yoga teacher or a student who has been practicing consistently for at least 6 months, you are invited to join this playful flow to test your skills and widen your perspective.
Why would you want to practice Collaborate 360?
Collaborate 360 is practiced in a circle. The connection we create with others in the circle expands our awareness, develops more confidence, and teaches us to find greater creativity through the process. Listening to your intuition as the practice flows, feeling the energy of the circle, attuning to the needs of a diverse group, Collaborate 360 helps you feel more authentically you, supporting your participation in a safe and non judgmental space.
Come to the circle with a sense of wonder and curiosity; leave with a sense of wholeness, strength and internal joy.
Due to the nature of the practice, the class size will be limited.
Bring a yoga mat, a journal, and the desire to grow your practice!
About Karla:
Karla had been interested in yoga for several years before she attended her first yoga class in 2011. Yoga sparked a deeper connection that led to her journey of self discovery.
Karla started practicing yoga in a much larger body, furthering her self-care journey after weighing nearly 400 lbs. and being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
After reclaiming her health by eating a plant-based diet, Karla's passion includes helping to educate others in a whole food plant-based lifestyle. A natural next step in her yoga journey included receiving her RYT-200 in 2018. She received her certification in plant-based nutrition in 2020.
Karla strives to create a safe, welcoming space in her classes where students will learn more about being in tune with themselves to inspire them on their own path.
