A Cooling Moon Practice: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Singing Bowls

As we look forward to the warmer months of summer, this practice offers a space to balance the heat by embracing the cooling energies of the moon. These sessions will work with Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), singing bowls, aromatherapy, and herbal teas.
