No experience necessary. All levels welcome

Class begins with a short introduction to deepen your understanding of the benefits of the ancient practice of meditation. I will introduce a breathing technique to release tension while inviting a deepened sense of calm as we become aware of our inner senses and connect to divine consciousness. Trust, allow, and surrender to the limitless possibilities of healing mind, body, and spirit through meditation.
