Learn how to properly dry brush to stimulate your lymphatic system, increase blood flow and nutrient delivery, improve skin health, and promote stress relief and relaxation. You will learn how to improve skin health through appropriate exfoliation. This has the potential to reduce cellulite, leaving your skin looking smooth.
