Join us for this interactive 2-hour workshop where we will breakdown the foundations of yoga. We will discuss the many benefits of incorporating a regular yoga practice into your lifestyle. We will review yoga class etiquette and talk about what you can expect when attending a yoga class. We will break down 10 of the most common poses a beginner yogi would experience in almost any yoga class. We will finish up by doing a 45-minute yoga class to put it all together.
