meditative movement With Beth Rockert

This class is part of our Yoga in the Park series and is a Level 1 experience. The session begins with a short meditation followed by synchronizing movement incorporating breath - unifying the body, mind, and spirit. Leave feeling grounded and centered. We will meet at the Community Campus located at 700 Main St NW in Bourbonnais. There will be NO class at Limber on this date.
